Get back to what you love.
Meridian Physical Therapy helps you recover with a clear plan, honest timelines, and one-on-one care — so progress is measured, not endless.
Most evaluations scheduled within 2 business days.

Common concerns, addressed with a plan.
We treat the whole person, not a diagnosis code. Here's what brings most people through our doors.
Post-surgical rehab
Structured recovery after orthopedic procedures — restoring range of motion, strength, and confidence.
Sports injuries
Return-to-sport progressions for strains, sprains, and overuse injuries, built around your activity.
Back & neck pain
Hands-on assessment and targeted movement retraining for acute and persistent spinal pain.
Balance & fall prevention
Stability, strength, and confidence training to reduce fall risk and support independent living.
Chronic pain
A measured, education-led approach to persistent pain — pacing, graded movement, and function.

Your first visit answers three questions.
What's going on, why, and what to do about it — explained clearly, with a written plan you take home.
Movement assessment
We watch how you move — strength, range of motion, and the specific tasks that matter to you.
Clear diagnosis
You leave understanding what's happening, why, and what the path forward looks like.
A personalized plan
A written plan with measurable goals and an honest estimate of how long recovery should take.
One-on-one, every session.
You work directly with your licensed physical therapist for the full visit — not handed off to an aide or a tech. (Confirm with the practice that this is their model.)
Progress you can measure — and an end in sight.
Our job is to get you to a point where you don't need us. Here's how that works.
Measurable goals
We define what success looks like for you — in concrete terms you can track, not vague improvement.
Regular re-assessment
We re-test your goals on a set schedule and adjust the plan based on real progress, not guesswork.
Discharge with a home program
When you've met your goals, you leave with a self-directed program — not an open-ended visit schedule.

Clear about coverage, before you commit.
We verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. Here's what we can tell you now.
Accepted insurance plans
Our list of accepted plans is being verified and will be published here. In the meantime, call us with your member ID and we'll check your specific benefits before scheduling.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Many states allow direct access to physical therapy, meaning you can start without a referral — but some insurers still require one. We'll confirm what applies to you based on your state and plan.

Questions we hear most.
Do I need a referral?
It depends on where you live. Oregon allows direct access to physical therapy, so many people can start without a physician's referral — though some insurance plans still require one. We'll confirm your specific situation before your first visit. (State law details to be verified.)
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your condition, goals, and how you respond to treatment. After your evaluation we give you an honest estimate — some concerns resolve in a few visits, others need a longer arc. We re-assess regularly so the number is driven by your progress, not a preset package.
Do you take my insurance?
We're in the process of confirming our insurance participation. A list of accepted plans will appear here once verified. In the meantime, call us with your plan details and we'll check your benefits before scheduling. (Insurance list to be verified.)
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that lets us see and move the area being treated — shorts for lower-body concerns, a tank top for shoulder or neck work. Bring any relevant imaging reports and a list of medications.
Do you offer dry needling or manual therapy?
Manual therapy is part of how we work — hands-on techniques tailored to your assessment. We'll confirm which specific modalities (such as dry needling) are offered by each clinician once credentials and services are verified. We won't list a treatment we don't provide.
